Tuesday, 7/29


6:30a - 7:45a: Group Breakfast

8:00a - 11:30a: General Session

11:30a-12:45p: Group Lunch (onsite)

12:00p - 4:00p: Plant Tours**

5:00p - 9:00p: Cocktail Reception and Awards Banquet


**Please refer to your registration packet for your plant tour grouping and shuttle bus information - the plant tour is mandatory.


Wednesday, 7/30


6:30a - 7:45a: Group Breakfast

8:00a - 5:00p: Group Breakout Sessions

12:00p - 1:00p: Group Lunch (onsite)

5:30p - 9:30p: Group "fun" Event @ Omaha Zoo Aquarium


Buses will begin picking everyone up at the hotel at 5:30 pm. Final bus will depart no later than 5:45p. Buses will bring everyone back to hotel post event. Zoo will not be open to tour - only the Aquarium.


Thursday, 7/31


6:30a - 7:45a: Group Breakfast

8:00a - 5:00p: Group Breakout Sessions

12:00p - 1:00p: Group Lunch (onsite)

5:30p: Dinner on your own (outside of senior management)

Each registration folder contains a survey card for evaluating the annual meeting. We encourage everyone to take 2 minutes to complete this survey and drop it in the ballot box located just outside of the meal room prior to the end of the meeting.

Dress Code


Cocktail reception on Monday, 7/28: Business casual: short-sleeved/long-sleeved shirts, slacks, khakis, and capris are fine.  No jeans or shorts, please. 


General session on Tuesday, 7/29, and all other meetings: Business casual.  Logo shirts, dress slacks, or khakis are fine.  No jeans or shorts, please. 


Plant tour on Tuesday afternoon, 7/29: Closed-toed shoes (tennis shoes are fine) and long pants are mandatory (jeans are permitted for the tour).  Shorts, capris, and sleeveless shirts are not permitted.  You’ll be provided with safety glasses and hard hats at the plant.  


Banquet on Tuesday evening, 7/29: Business attire. Gentlemen may choose to wear a sports coat, although it is not mandatory. 


Omaha Zoo and Aquarium event: Please dress for comfort and fun.
